Default old p200 good enough??

I wanna use an old dell p200mmx/64mb ram and 1.6 gig hd as an Server for my network service on the LAN. firewall,DHCP and have a DNS server for my external domain name.
So it's a little more than just a gateway, But will it be fast enough for everything i want with it?
Redhat and suse have server version of there distros, which i'll have to pay for but i wonder if it's any good for me as i'm just a rookie setting up a home network.

Is it wise at all to put all network services on one machine, even the dns for external domain from a security point of view?
And would a webserver be a bad idea on that machine?
