Default noob question,help needed

I downloaded Wubi Ubuntu 7.04 to my XP to check it out I liked it so I decided to dual boot it with xp
I resized and partitioned my drive with Gparted then I used LVPM tool to installed it everything seem to go ok.
I can boot to both OS but when I look at,My Computer in xp it only shows my C drive partition
When I look at D.Management it shows my 3 partitions my 2nd one which should have Linux on is empty 3rd is swap empty also.
Not sure if LVPM tool worked and if so wheres my Ubuntu.
And how do I go about correcting this.

Thanks for any help

Windows is unable to view the ext3 linux filesystem....that's why you can't see if from windows.

After more searching found a tool that will let me access etx3 files.
I got a lot Linux studying and learning to do just trying to make sure that ubuntu's running on its own drive and not through windows.

Thanks for the help

Wait, isn't the whole point of Wubi to make it so you don't need to partition? If I'm right then that partition you made is actually empty and Ubuntu is taking up space on your Windows partition.

Ext2 IFS For Windows (EXT3FS/EXT2FS drivers for Windows 2000 and XP)

I love this thing! It flawlessly reads and writes Linux partitions on Windows, so have fun! You can access them like ordinary old drives using Windows Explorer or any folder view.

I wonder is there anything like this for a ReiserFS File system? I use ReiserFS instead of EXT2.
