For modern computers it's actually F2 I think. When your manufacture logo apears hit F2.

NO; that is the name of Intel's server proc. Some models may be x64, but that's not their express purpose. I too do not see what this has to do with the matter at hand.

you know guys i have been trying to help this dude to he gave me pictures of the BIOS as i told him press enter should change or + or - or the arrow keys nothing worked for him which was very weird.

Hey

Have you tried pressing the Deleate key. F8, F9 work with some machines too

Or I could send you A copy of Mandriva 2005 (NOT PIRATED got it off the cover of a Linux Magazine, just send me your adress and we'll take it from there if it's Kubuntu or Ubuntu your after I can do that for you also
