They do this because they are scared, there is no other reason. They are watching all of these linux distributions popping up all over and their only recourse is to sue. It's extremely sad...

exactly. Not to mention, Lindows sry, *Linspire LOL is not even a very good distro.

This is about an M$ user.
A few days ago someone said they don't like Linux because they were not confident in the programmers... or something to the effect of "I don't know whos making it, and they could be putting anything into it."

you can see Linux source code... You will never see M$ source....
in fact you can compile Linux source yourself! I wonder why M$ is so fast to act when their source code leaks....

Didn't Microsoft steal ideas from Apple? Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Microsoft is just scared because of the slow upgrade process to Windows XP, that Lindows will inspire people to move to Linux instead.
