Default More Linux help...

Okay... So I'm on the path of getting rid of Windows... And I'm having problems...

So, my Linux OS is Ubuntu... But it's the x64 archetcture... I try to install Flash via the console, but this appears...

ERROR: Your architecture, \'x86_64\', is not supported by the
Adobe Flash Player installer.

How the heck can I get Flash working? I don't see any x64 compatable Flash installers anywhere...

Some of the good people at Short-Media Forums tell me this fix is a joke, but it's worth a try since there is no x64 Flash plugin.

Is this an uncommon x64 problem? I figured x64 Linux was just as compatable as x32... But now that I know this, I might go back to a 32-bit Ubuntu...

EDIT: Nevermind, I get it. This goes for ALL 64-bit OS's, I wasn't thinking.

My next question...

Where the heck am I gonna get a 32-bit Firefox for Linux?

Is the default installer on the site 32 bit?

You need either a 32-bit chroot or 32-bit compatibility libraries. The chroot is much more stable.
