umm.... here i'll give u sum basics.
cat > thisfile makes file
mkdir thenameofdir makes a dir
rm nameoffile removesfile
mv nameoffile moves it
ls views contents of dir
dir dir duh
cat nameoffile views contents of file
type the name of the program u want 2 run, and it will run it as long as your in it's parent dir.
oh..
pwd shows you where u r in the bash shell so u dont get confused.

umm 2 install... go 2 bios and set boot from cd. as primary boot , u no what i mean. Then, make partitions as u wish, linux (depends which distro) is confusing as **** for partitions... i had about 6 on my redhat 7.2 LOL

its not like windoze where u just have a (C)
