| Linux on ipod i just installed a copy of linux on my ipod. Its called podzilla and it has features like 96khz recording, picture viewer, and file viewer.

| did they port this for the 4th gen ipod interface yet? I tried to use the old ones but they didnt work and drained power a kind of fierce.

| they dont officially support the 4th gen yet but i think some have got it working on 4th gen and ipod mini

| yes, ipodlinux is a very good piece of software, actually makes an iPOD usefull. There currently working on 4g support right now, (ipodlinux.sourceforge.net) try the blog/forum/update whatever it is, they are always updating it.

| when i installed it it seemed slow and jumpy (the music especially) i hope they fix that on later versions.

That is really cool. It's amazing what you can do with a little tinkering...
