For Adobe Pagemaker and Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Publisher, there is Scribus. You can save it as a .inx file to open it up in Adobe later on.

What would be a non-stupid name for Open Office? And some others?

Oh yes...Chankama, you're right. Original link's broken. Wonder if it's temporarily dead or it's gone for good...

Audacity, free music editer and exports in wav, orbis, or mp3. Rivals window's music editer's.

Gparted, a free GPL licensed Linux CD that partitions hard drives looks exactly like partition magic and performs the same functions as partition magic. It's also free.

Yea, it's a wiki, and unfortuneately, pretty easy to change to add spam.

They have a response on their main page about the spam, and how to deal with it.

Copied from Table of Equivalents
Dealing With Spam

We got a lot of spam from random IP's on the original table. I ban the offenders, but it hasn't fixed the problem. Now that I've split up the page into multiple pages, I fear the amount of spam will rise. I can't keep up with it, and need your help in reverting the spam.

If you find spam on a page, then please click the History tab, find the most recent revision that is free of spam (click on the Date). Then hit the Edit button for that revision, and just Save. This will revert the page to the most recent version that was free of spam. It's that simple.

And then make any changes (don't make changes and do the reversion all in one).
