Talking Lan Problem!!!!ADSL

hi,

I have installed Linux Fedora core 5 on my laptop and the OS sucessfully installed the driver of my integrated ethernet card and was also able to look for the ip which is assigned by DHCP.

problem is when i use firefox browser to surf, my internet goes too too too slow. well the page dont display up.

I have ADSL 128kbps, and use a 4 port Aztec Router Dsl 3100R

On Windows its good.

I wanted to know where can i access the options of Speed Duplex on linux please??

for windows its easy to fine but on linux ive tried places related to my lan card but couldn't find the option of Speed Duplex.

Also how will i know if my ethernet card supports Auto Sence???
either on a Desktop pc or Laptop!!!

thanks
wassim.
