Default Jedi Academy + Wine

I'm trying to get Jedi Academy to work acceptably well in WINE on my desktop computer.

Pentium 3 @ 866mhz.
256mb PC100 SDRAM
Windows ME and Ubuntu 6.06 LTS (which I'm trying to use)
Wine 0.9.19

I can get Jedi Academy to load, but once it loads it is extremely laggy and slow. It runs "fine" in Windows (some problems, but it's playable). I used the LOKI installer.

Has anyone gotten Jedi Academy to work in WINE? How have they done this?

Thanks for your help.

Well in Linux, you are probably using a generic video driver that only supports 2D rendering and you are using an emulator.

You could try and find the linux driver for your video card and recompile the kernel with the new driver support.

The problem is, I'm using integrated graphics. I think it's an Intel 810 chipset.
