I am trying to install ipodlinux, but I my firmware is not supported. I have tried using several updaters to downgrade the firmware, but they all say that my ipod is not supported. I also looked for ways to install ipod linux manually, but couldn't find instructions. Could someone either help me downgrade my firmware or manually install ipod linux?

I think the problem is that all of the updaters are for ipods below Itunes 7. I have updated the firmware after changing my ipod to Itunes 7. I did not know about ipod linux when I updated it.
