Question Internet Connection Sharing between WinXP and Linux?

Hi,

I have a WinXP machine with a wireless usb network adapter. In the same room I have a Linux machine with no internet connection. Is there a way I can make the Linux machine use the XP machine to obtain an internet connection? Both machines have a NIC in them.

Thank you.

This didn't work, do I run the RJ45 directly from 1 machine to another?

To run the wire directly, you need what is called a crossover cable...

a hub, or switch, or router is what you need when you dont have a crossover cable or more than 2 devices..
