Question how to remove suse and not disturb windows?

hi...well i have installed linux(suse) on my laptop with a 50gb partition...now i want to remove suse n reclaim that drive so i can use it for windows(vista home basic)...but the thing is that once linux is removed...windows won't boot...so can u please help n tell me what to do...

Just installing vista over that partition should work fine.

It sounds like Vista is already installed. If so just use the steps listed in this link:

Recovering the Vista Bootloader from the DVD - NeoSmart Technologies Wiki

to recover the Vista Boot Loader.
