read all the RFC's for starters

read every windows book you can find

learn visual basic and C programming

goto local library and read most of the internet security books

the above will give a good base to start with, then you can really understand what these trojan's and viruses do, skill as a programmer is a must if you really want ot get into it

as far as hacking into a windows computer or hacks on windows OS, google for windows hacks, happyhacker.org has some decent books too

you wont have to buy much, but you will need lots of time to do some reading and experimenting

the above advice is about as much as you will get. no one is going to be your "mentor".
Hackers are not privy to any special information that is subject to "only hackers" they are just people who have learnt about computers and applied their knowledge.
Become good with computers and gaining access to restricted places will become easier and easier.

listen to bigmxdave! he is super right, become good with computers, and move on to networking, learn every aspect of small to large computer networks. Start working with web and server technologies, you'll start to get used to protocols, and ports, then, set up a home network, throw a computer on that you could "afford" to work with, and practice gaining access to it through hidden ports, even go as far as setting up security options on the "subject" pc. You will learn much by doing this grasshopper! but be warned, don't try to rush things! have fun learning! it's not a hobby, it's a lifestyle!

Hacking is illegal, so I wouldn't advise it in case you are tempted to try your skills in the "real world". You can get into serious trouble. Just a word of warning. I also highly doubt that anybody here is going to teach you how to hack.

I also noticed in a previous post you asked how to send a virus to someone. Please stop posting things like this.
