ok.. so first my computer goes out.. i buy a new one 570$

i install windows... and it wont freaking work right!!! it keeps freezing and giving errors.. so i was like well w/e linux is better anyhow. so i install linux fedora core 3, i know its older but... its all ihad. my stupid *** friend screwed up 3 of my windows disks and now my linux disk so i have to re download. so i decide to just get fedora core 5... with my pos connection (dsl but like far as possible from server) it'll take about 5 days
my computer wont stay running for over 2 hours!

long story short: i'd be greatful if any one could mail me fedora core 4 or 5

I'd be happy to mail FC4 to you. One question though do you have a DVD reader? cause I only have FC4 on DVD, you are welcome to it if you want it. You will have to PM me your full name and postal address

First of all, you should check your PC to make sure it's now a hardware issue that keeps giving you all the problems. It doesn't matter what OS you put on there if your hardware isn't right.

obviously... however i'll admit my ram was bad. but this is NOT the reason i couldn't install linux

it has good ram and still fails to install
