Grub not working after this. . .

So I had Ubuntu 5.04 and Windows 98 on my PC. As soon as I install FreeBSD on a new partition I can boot get on Grub. Then it shows some generic boot loader that shows this.

F1 DOS
F2 Linux
F4 Free BSD

When I press F2 for Linux my PC just beeps.

So wtf is goin on?

I never really hit a diffrent key. But when I insealled FreeBSD I gave it one of those Bootable Signals. I think thats waht it was called.

horndude Master Techie Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 2,534	well when it beeps it means wrong key or the keybrd buffer is full usually what command boot parameter did you pass to bsd?
