|  good kde based distro for a K-6? I just got an old AMD k-6 based machine it runs at 266mhz. I'm no fan of Gnome but i will admit that it uses less resources than KDE. Does anyone know of a distro that uses KDE but doesn't suck all of you power away?

| Re: good kde based distro for a K-6? elive looks pretty awesome and has a lot of power for its size, im going to try it out. i messed with vector before and its on my pentium2 laptop and runs pretty well, except it wont go to 1024x768 even though the screen supports it.

| Re: good kde based distro for a K-6? How about really small Linux? I have never used it but I have been told that it is powerful and it doesn't need hardly any space to run.
