Fedora opens documents in new window...

Is there any way to make fedora core 4 open documents i click in the current window instead of opening a new one? It's getting kinda annoying how it opens a new window for everything.

IIRC, right clicking on an icon of a window, going to window settings, and setting to something along the lines of "Display in Browser" will make all the windows have post Windows 98 (or web style) window behavior.
