Default Fedora Core 6 on Portable HD

I recently acquired Seagate 100 GB portable hard drive and I was wondering if I can stick Fedora core 6 on it, run it off of it, and still be able to use it as storage with windows, also if all of those are a yes, how would I go about doing it?

Yeah, partition it, one for Fedora and the other for storage. Just run the installer from CD, and install it on the USB hard drive. You'll need a BIOS that can boot from USB drive in order to boot into Fedora afterwards.

you'll probably want to make the storage partition in FAT32 so both windows and linux can read/write from it easily
