Default Fedora Core 5 RPM Problem

I'm trying to install packages from RPM's that I download and it keeps saying that they don't have a public key. It gives me the option to install anyways but it doesn't install the package. It only happens with packages I download, not the one's from the package manager. Any idea on how to get around this problem. Keep in mind that I am pretty new to Linux. Thanks
