Question Fedora Core 3 install problem. Won't install with only one CPU

I am trying to install Fedora Core 3 on a P4 2.6Ghz, MSI MONO, 512mb DDR3200. It detects the DVD and goes throught the normal device initiation. It then shows a screen ther sata "only one CPU detected" Anyone heard of this problem?

Default

never heard of that before, check your BIOS settings and try again, do some searching for help elsewhere too, this sounds like a pretty weird problem
