| No, it absolutely does not force GRUB on you. Not installing a boot loader at all is even a option in case you want to use your own. We really need more information to help you. At this point we can only guess that a boot loader was not installed during the installation. You haven't said what version of Windows you are using but if you are using W2K or XP then you can put lines in the Windows boot loader for Linux. You could even boot off a Linux CD and install GRUB or LILO. But if you are a beginner then the easiest thing for you to do, without risking your Windows partition, is to reinstall Fedora and try it again. |
