Dual Boot

I read this and i am a total noob to linux but may install it on a spare laptop but is this possible to boot two OSs at once? I've never heard of this

Yes, when you install Linux, it will setup either LILO or GRUB, depending on the distro. These will allow you to dualboot Windows and Linux.

You have to resart every time you want to change OS's.
