ok i just got it grafics (monsters walls people) are a+ ok but its kinda slow two questions

1. would lunix make it better

2. would a laser mouse make it run better (dats what my brother said) i know it costs more but is it worth it?

a lazer mouse isnt going to make your computer perform any better, but it could give you better control during gameplay?

also linux could make it run better, IMO alot of games run smoother in linux

Doom 3 does run slightly faster in Linux. But it's only like 2-3 frames per second. Switching your operating system for one game is a bit unrealistic though.
