Default disktool -e "The name of the disk"

I'm trying to run a script at startup (runs now) and have it eject a specific disk if present or put in later (cd partition on hard drive). The problem is if the disk is put in later then the table reads that disk and gives it a different disk value disk2s1 or disk1... either or... or more! What I need to do is eject by the disk name. Any ideas on how to do this?
