Default Converting a RPM file to a TAR file outside of redhat

Oracle is only offering me a .RPM file.

I am running Linux Gentoo and I was wondering how I convert a RPM file to a TAR file.

Thanks.

Default

I figured it out.

RedHat comes with a KPackage that will load a RPM file.

Gentoo has a terminal command, RPM2TAR that will convert a rpm file to a tar file.
