Default Configuring diskless systems

Hi

I am trying to configure my system as diskless system that has the boot loader in the floppy and takes the boot image from the server.
I am using etherboot 4.6.2 that i downloaded from sourceforge.net. When I try to make it, using

make bin32/3c509.fd0

(I have a floopy mounted in the drive)
it says:

...
ld -N -Ttext 0x98000 -e _start -nostdlib -oformat binary -o bin32/3c509.img bin32/start32.o bin32/config-3c509.o bin32/3c509.o bin32/bootlib.a
ld: cannot open binary: No such file or directory

If anyone can tell why it not able to find bootlib.a and how could it be generated, I would be very greatful.

Thanking you
Gaurav
