Default Configure Postfix to mask outgoing emails?

I'd like to have the from fields on all outgoing emails to be set to utility@different.com

I'm thinking this can be done with address rewriting or masquerading.

I'd like to use Webmin, if possible.

I found this link - PostfixConfiguration < Webmin < TWiki

do a find for Address Rewriting and Masquerading

any ideas on exactly how to do this?
