Does anyone know if this game will be able to run nativley in Linux?

Yes with Wine or some emulator and No, I don't think it's native. I might be wrong..

Technically when programs are run in Wine, it is running natively. Wine is not an emulator, it is an open source implementation of the Win32 API.
