thanks in advance.

| well, i dont think its a CD or CD Drive problem, because i have a burner, and a ROM drive, both work fine with any other type of CD but they just dont play Audio CD's. it is more likely that its a PSU problem, if so, then why am i not having trouble playing audio CD's in windows?

| well, its only been happening with FC3, i can play audio CD's with ubuntu, im just using the standard gnome CD player, im not sure if it has a name. i tried playing cd's as root, that didnt work either. im using the alsa audio driver. but i dont think that has anything to do with it because the cd player just says "Drive Error" ill get a screenshot tomorow, so you can see for yourselves.
what other info if any do you need?
