Default Cables

I am having some trouble with my cables that go to my graphics card.
Sometimes my computer shuts down even though I've secured all of the wires. Sometimes when I start my computer a screen comes up saying to check your connections to you card. After moving around the cables it works again but every once in awhile the wires seem to get loose. How can I fix this problem?

Im just using standard cables and I don't have it hooked up to a TV. I meant the internal wires that go from my power supply. Sorry if i said it wrong.
