If your computer is set up to boot from CD then the ISO may not have been copied correctly. To test this put the cd in a computer with an OS and open it, if you see an ISO file there then it was not copied correctly.

Make sure that it's set to boot from a CD in your Advanced settings in your BIOS.

How do you correctly burn it if you do see the iso file on the cd?

Why do you need to access your BIOS? Just give it a shot without doing anything. Simply insert the cd, restrt the machine and it should boot off the cd. No need for bios involvment.

Depends on what software and version you are using to burn the CD. Let me know what you are using and I'll try to find instructions.

Cause he tried to boot with the cd and it did not work so he needs to change the boot order.

There is a key you need to hit to enter BIOS, should tell you during the boot process.
