that mobo was just released in January. thought i was gonna have to buy it from the UK before i found it available. i bet your case is massive compared to my tiny space saving case.

Well it's stylish I must say. Not bad Mr. Sniper.......not bad. It was a pain in the backside to find the parts to fit into this little case. Not to mention, it's extremely heavy. Would you have an idea as to what kind of sound card I could get that is half height? That will be a struggle.

i found a sound card that will work, Soundblaster Live, Audigy, or Audigy 2 sound card. THey should all work.

I'm sure Debian would be a good Linux distro if the installation didn't hang up at 84% on the 'ide-disk' module or whatever.

I like SuSE 9.3, but if you run dual boot you are bound to have problems. Mine just crashed yesterday after progressivley getting worse, so I am still trying to decide if I should dump windows or dump linux.
