Default 64bit flash

i'm helping my friend along with Ubuntu, he wants to be able to use flash and java.. but Macromedia doesn't support the 64bit architecture... is there any other way i could get him flash that wouldn't be to complicated?

32 bit might run on it, dont know, I dont mess with flash, I think amd's will run 32bit stuff like that but not sure, 64 bit architecture still doesnt have much support for stuff like this, especially under linux
