Default Which Way

I have been at my job for around 6 yrs. Last yr I was promoted from our Desktop team over to our Network Admin side. Currently I have my A+ and my MCDST cert. I have no server certification but have alot of on the job training. I was thinking I could take either my Network +, Server +,or keep on track with my MCSA. Could someone that has been at this cross roads please shed some light and give me some advice on which way to go. Thanks in advance.

6 Years exp is better than any paper cert there is... If you do want server administration certs, then keep on track with your MCSA. If you end up getting your MCSA, why not just take the 2 or 3 extra tests and get the sys engineering (MCSE) cert?

The 6 years exp will get you more places than the cert will...

Sounds like a plan.
