Office certs? Vista Certs?

It may be bad form to lump two barely related questions into a single thread, in which case I apologize.
1) I'm just now considering certs seriously for the first time. Should I wait for next year when the Vista OS comes out? It seems that OS is very relevant to the certs.
2) Does anyone actual hold/do a jobinvolving/get paid for an Office cert?
