Yeah it's easy to find a job that doesn't pay any money or a job where you are more like an intern that actually a hired person.

But the fact is, most companies will do background checks these days. Most companies will check your references. Most companies will give a tech interview. It's reality.

If you didn't even go through any tech interview, I'm doubting it's exactly a "tech" job.
