I wonder if they will do what they did last time they updated the test? Before when the new test came out they had a grace period in which you could elect to take either exam.

They will support the 600 level exam until probably december 2009, if you recenty took the A+ that will probably be valid through the beginning for 2010.
Waff i'm just saying if you are going to pay for a certification which would you rather PAY MONEY for, one that is valid for 6 months or one that is valid until probably 2012?

You actually convinced me in my thread about this to wait a couple of months for the new one. Wasn't trying to get the person to go with the old one...just saying they are still offering it till the end of the year.

I didn't realize you had to keep retaking these things every few years to stay certified... I'm already employed, but was planning to get it for future jobs... but if it's not gonna be any good, then idk.
