When I went to take mine, I had bought the book and study guide. Read the book twice cover to cover, did the entire CD several times. Thought I had it down. Showed up, and it was like a foreign language. Almost nothing in the guide and practice tests was on the real thing. Blew $125.

And to answer your question... No ... lol
Some were, but VERY few. And goes for every MS exam. Cisco was completely reformatted. Other than brain dumps, they are usually completely different but have the same logic.
