Default Inbound Technical Support for DSL Customers

What subjects should you study to pass a pre-test before starting training for this job.

I have been studying basic networking (LAN, WAN), I have been connecting DSL for years in my own home.....Are there any serious things one thinks one should know in and out?

Since you will be working for a company they will probably have their own "script" of answers. But a good knowledge of networking and protocols along with some basic knowledge of different OS and hardware should get you going. If you can pass the A+ and Net+ you are set.
