I might be given the chance to learn SAP with the cost covered by the government. The thing is I'm quite busy w/ my Accounting designation (doing the CMA) so would like to figure out how long it would take to do this. Does anyone have any ideas? The common tendency among people would be to respond by simply saying 'depends'. If thats your answer, please dont bother posting! However if you want to say, for example, 'depends on experience, if you have an IT background then x months, if not then y months' that of course is very informative.
I went to an info session, it said it will take i think 11 classes of 5-7 hours plus home study. They didnt say how much we'd need to work on it at home of course, they gave the lovely 'depends'. Can anyone advise?
Btw I'm in Accounting. Any Accountants here who've felt a change after they got SAP under their belt?
Thanks
Dan
