Might be in need of a motherboard with the following specs:

These are the absolute bare minimums that I need.

ATX form factor
Intel Socket 775(must support 3.0 Ghz Prescott, Hyper Threading)
DDR 400 memory standard(3-4 GB)
Two SATA connectors
One IDE channel
One PCI-X 16 slot
Two PCI slots
Integrated ethernet and sound(unless it has 2 more PCI slots(4 total) so I can add ethernet and sound.

Let me know what you got.
