WTB cpu/mobo/ram/hsf

Im looking to buy some used parts: a cpu, motherboard, ram, and a hsf. Nothing special, Im just shooting for something along the lines of a e7300/e5300, a p43/5 board, 4 gb of ddr2, and any aftermarket heat sink should do. One thing i would like the mobo to have is RAID. I got about $250 for all of it so let me know what you guys have.
