Have you looked into netbooks you should be able to get a dell mini, acer aspire one or even a low end ee pc for that price. In the UK they give them free with phone contracts.

I have a rather old computer if you want it. I don't remember all the details but last I remember it runs at a moderate speed. That being said you'd need a monitor and wireless adapter.

Anyway as I said it's old and laying around the house and I didn't really consider selling it. So if you're interested let me know so I can start considering. That being said you should probably just browse craigslist. There are some decent deals on there. I've seen $150-200 with a monitor.
