Okay, I was planning on building a new computer, but I have been looking at future technologies, and I am realizing that it may be a better idea to get this one where I want it, and then build a new one towards the end of the year.

Well, they are 155 on the egg.

Would 125 shipped be fair? I don't need the heatsink, but I will need the IHS.

If you are interested, I have an Athlon 64 3500 Venice core I could add to the deal if you dropped the price a little bit.

No, I guess you're looking for a cheap processor. The fact that mine does 2.8 and is limited by the ram I'm using makes it worth more than 155.
