wtb 1.4 ghz celeron 370 socket cpu

want to buy celeron socket 370, over 1 ghz but would prefer 1.4 ghz, dont need really need heatsink.

actually i dont think 1.4 ghz would work in this old emachines, its a 600 something mhz processor now whats the most i could upgrade to, i read only 700mhz or something
