Windows XP x64bit New *OEM*

Bought this, installed it, and realized the PVR card wouldn't work. It has not had an internet connection, and hence was never registered with Windows. It's an OEM package (just the license, manual, and CD)--as seen here. $110 shipped in the US, or add $5 for world-wide shipping...
