It has a very slight circular imperfection on the LCD the size of a felt tip marker. I'd take a pic of it but it doesn't show up. I'm testing the battery right now to see how long it lasts on a complete charge (will update this in the morning). I'm also trying to find another 256MB ram to add to this. If I add the extra ram or not, the price will still be the same. If you want any other programs added, please let me know. Let me know how you want it shipped and the add shipping to the price. This laptop is ready to go as is.

$350 FIRM

Thanks!!

Why are you listing freeware software as apart of the deal? It doesn't add up to the value of the laptop.

He is not doing it to pump up his price of the laptop. He is just doing it out of kindness and convienience of the buyer...

I can speak of this because I have bought from him before and it isn't like I can't do it for myself for cryin-out-loud, I own a computer shop! But, the guy does good work and helps the buyer.

Ok, if not to add value to the laptop (which not may be the case in this situation), probably to make this seem like more of a sweet deal. No need, downloading Acrobat isn't a complicated process.

You assume that the people that are most likely to buy something here have enough computer knowledge to navigate to the sites and click download (for whichever application). It's not that hard, takes a few minutes.

Most likely the buyer is going to do a complete reformat, just to be on the safe side - so what's the point?

Well if you aren't interested then why even bring this up? If someone does buy it and they want to wipe it out, then that’s on them, thou there is no need to as I don't have the pre-installed crap that IBM, Dell, etc installs when you buy one of theirs. What makes it on the safe side if it gets reformatted?? This is just a convenience issue and one less thing someone has to do when they buy this laptop. You can never "assume" that everyone on this forum has the knowledge to do download and install the programs. Assumption is the mother of all f*** ups.
