Default Trading an Audigy 2 ZS for an AGP video card (anything 256MB)

I have a Creative Audigy 2 ZS sound card here, collecting dust, because I recently upgraded to a better card. I no longer have the box, but it is in great condition, and I just checked it to see it if works (everything A-OK). In return for my sound card, I'm looking for a good PCI or AGP video card that has 256mb of texture memory and play WoW at about a little lower than medium settings. Let me know what card you have, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

EDIT: also can it please be at least DX8?

I have a BFG GeForce 5500 O.C. AGP 256 that I'd be willing to trade.

I have drivers CD. And I'll probably take TheBurninator's card. If not, I'll let you know Crysalis.
