I'm not one of them. I have been using the MX700 mouse since it came out and I have yet to have a problem.

It's probably user error... lol

I've left it off the charger overnight and used it all the next day with no problems at all.

I've left my MX700 off the charger for days without a problem. When it finally did run out of batteries, I put it on the charger for about 10 minutes and it was good for another couple hours of use. As for the keyboard, I haven't had to worry about the batteries yet, and it's been about a month. The only complaint I have about the duo is the range, which is only about 6 feet. Not a huge problem for me though, since if I need to control my computer from across the house I just use my ATI Remote Wonder
